Clint Endersby from Prostock Livestock reports on a strong market yesterday with Cows and Steers up 10 cents.
Feeders Steers ranged to $5.20/kg for heavy Angus, to $5.30/kg for the medium weight and the lighter steers hung around $6.00/kg
Heavy bullocks ranged to $3.95/kg. Heifers kept around last weeks price range.
Feeders Heifers ranged from $4.30/kg to $4.90/kg with lighter heifers from $4.60/kg to $5.50/kg.
Bulls were around $2.90/kg and good cows ranged from $3.30 to $3.60/kg.
A dispersal line of calves came through with prices around the $5-$7 per kilogram.
